Meet Dr. Perone

Dr. Abby Perone is a Doctor of Chiropractic, sports clinician, and the co-owner and operator of Love Health, a boutique clinical practice she has led since 2016 alongside her husband, Ron Torrance II, DO.

With a foundation in English Literature and Psychology from Western Colorado University and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University supported by a BS in anatomy and physiology and BS in Health and Wellness , Dr. Perone built her career at the intersection of biomechanics, fascia-focused manual therapy, and corrective movement.

Her clinical work has spanned elite athletics and performance medicine. In 2010, she was selected to serve on a Sports Medicine team for the Colombian Olympic Committee in Bogotá, working with athletes across multiple disciplines. She later served on the Sports Medicine team for the NASL National Champion San Antonio Scorpions FC (2014–2015) and was selected to provide care at multiple CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Games events from 2013–2016.

Dr. Perone spent five years with Airrosti Rehab Centers as a provider and leader within the Clinical Development team. She trained and mentored hundreds of chiropractors and physical therapists nationwide, teaching advanced evaluation of musculoskeletal injury, root-cause movement dysfunction, and rapid pain resolution strategies. She later served as Director of Training & Clinical Projects, leading provider education and on-site clinical development initiatives.

In addition to clinical leadership, Dr. Perone has taught nationally for Rocktape and PESI Education and has worked alongside regenerative medicine teams, including collaboration with EXOS Sports Medicine and Regenexx Tampa Bay.

Since 2017, Dr. Perone has specialized in rehabilitating patients following Regenexx non-surgical orthopedic procedures. Working closely within the regenerative medicine space, she provides structured post-procedural care designed to protect biologic healing, restore refined biomechanics, and optimize long-term outcomes. This experience has further advanced her expertise in tissue recovery, movement correction, and sustainable functional performance.

Today at Love Health, she provides one-hour, fascia-focused chiropractic and biomechanical care designed to identify the root cause of dysfunction and restore long-term function — not temporary relief.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Perone is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. She prides herself in being devoted wife and mother who prioritizes faith and family above all. She is deeply committed to homeschooling her two sons and remains actively engaged in the local homeschool community. The Torrance family are parishioners at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, where their faith anchors both their home and professional life.
